Consultancy Services
Travel consultancy, itinerary planning, and personalized hotel recommendation services are digital services prepared specifically for each customer. Once the consultation, itinerary, recommendation list, or related service has been delivered, the service becomes non-refundable.
Cancellations
Customers may cancel their request before work on the consultation or recommendation process has begun and receive a full refund.
If preparation of recommendations, research, itinerary planning, or consultancy work has already started, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Hotel Reservation Assistance
Tripwest may assist customers with hotel reservation requests and accommodation recommendations. Refund eligibility for any hotel reservation depends on the cancellation and refund policies of the accommodation provider, booking platform, or travel supplier involved.
Third-Party Providers
When services involve third-party hotels, accommodation providers, or booking platforms, their own booking, cancellation, and refund policies will apply.
Tripwest LLC is not responsible for refund decisions, booking changes, cancellations, or service outcomes determined by third-party providers.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
